Thank you for agreeing to be a Beta-Tester
By signing up below, you will enter into a free set of challenges hosted by myself supporting you and your family be more mindful about food, encourage your family to eat more adventurously and set up routines that help to organise around mealtimes.
These challenges are designed for children aged 4-10 and work with multiple siblings. I will give differentiated options for our younger and older learners as well as inclusive for neurodivergent children.
Each challenge is broken down into 7 little activities and are designed to be done as a family. You can do one task a day if you wish, or do more than one if the motivation is high.
There are challenges that will need adult supervision. They will be dropped into your inbox on a weekly basis.
I ask you to participate as fully as you can and answer a questionnaire for each of the challenges, they will also drop into your inbox a week after each challenge.

With each challenge there will be a short video explaining how to do the challenge and a digital handout with the activities on. Some challenges will also have sheets provided or alternative options for mark-making or writing opportunities.
Please do share photos of the food you make or the before and afters where applicable to kathrynlord@moretoorganising.com- if you would rather your children are not picture, please do not add their faces in the photos.
After the challenges, you and your children will get a certificate and I would love a
testimonial. Feedback will be gathered through the short questionnaires weekly.

Challenge 1 - The Rainbow Food Challenge
This challenge is all about gaining gut variety with fruit and veg throughout the week. By the end of the challenge, you will have found things you never new existed and explored with food that you may want to add in to your day to day dishes.
Challenge 2- The Jigsaw Dishes Challenge
This challenge is all about the meal plan. With your family, you will learn how to simplify the decision fatigue, create dishes everyone wants to eat and not have to worry what on earth you will cook for tea tonight.
Challenge 3- The Chop Challenge
In this challenge, you won't just be cutting food! All the juicy fine-motor skills you need to be able to pour, use a knife and fork and so much more.
Challenge 4- The Breakfast Boost Challenge
Beat the breakfast boredom, boost your brain and be more creative with the morning meal.
Challenge 5- The Word Feast Challenge
So many reading and mark-making/writing opportunities to be had.
Challenge 6- The Chill Out Challenge
Let's dive into your fridge and freezer, a fun audit and organise.
Challenge 7- The Kitchen Clear-Out Challenge
In this challenge, we will flex your families mathematical abilities with dates. Bonus points for the oldest item in your cupboards.
Challenge 8- Creative Cooks Challenge
To finish off, we are going to play with our food.

These challenges are nut free and can be tailored to a vegetarian diet.
